I had a convincing job them lat year the matter was urgent just needed them to send a letter saying they are representing me. This email was never sent chased them 3 weeks everyday calling and saying yes they are dealing with it. Anyway didn't happen and no reply. In the end I said Im going to wait on the line till the solicitor was free and the receptionist hang up on me! This is what I got in 3 weeks.
